Raised in Soda Springs, Idaho, Thonda K. Oliver began her career in 1979. In 1987 she continued her Real Estate Career by moving to Silver City, New Mexico, and working for C-21 Copper Realty. In 1989, she opened her own office called Hacienda Realty. She got the opportunity to purchase a Coldwell Banker Franchise in 1995 and got to enjoy 10 years of success with Coldwell Banker Enchantment Realty in Silver City. During that time Thonda property managed over 100 properties monthly and was rated among the top 5 realtors in Silver City from 2000-2003. In the peak of her career she made a big change by deciding to sell her business and move south of the border to enjoy a better quality of life.
By 2004 she had moved to San Carlos, Mexico, to open up yet another real estate company: Encantado Realty and Gotcha Bodega. Her continued success is attributed to her ability to take chances and make things happen.
In the late months of 2010, Thonda partnered up with Norene Sullivan and together they purchased a Coldwell Banker Franchise in San Carlos. Coldwell Banker Encantado is the largest real estate company in town, they have set lofty goals for the future and are committed to meeting them.
Also Thonda is very involved within the San Carlos community. She is a member of the local Rotary club and has been past presedent. She is the chairperson for the yearly Home Tour which raises money for education and scholarships. She also served as the 2008-2010 President of the San Carlos Multiple Listing Service and A.M.P.I. (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios).
Her expertise include residential homes, new construction, land sales, subdivision development sales, commercial sales and property management. She has been selling real estate for the past 40 years and loves the business.
